This "Exceptional lot" achieved a superior score in taste profiling while we were in Maraba.
We constructed this by cupping each days picking separately, and selecting the stellar coffees.
It's outstandingly sweet and zesty with sparkling citrus flavour profile. Red apple, white grape, candied orange and complex floral aromatics finishing with silky milk chocolate.
