Blanca Marina Reyna de Flores farms the tiny piece of land called El Pileto.  Although the farm is not organic certified, manual weed control and nil herbicide plus application of chicken manure and coffee pulp fertilizer suggest that it could be. The land is irrigated by the fresh water lake that the farm takes its name from (The Pool).

The farm produces just a tiny amount of coffee (dare we call this a pico lot?) that has meticulous attention to detail during the cultivation and preparation of this delicious honey lot.
