Our intention was to create some dynamic flavour experiences so we’ve produced a coffee that is active and changing.
This blend is the result of collaboration with the esteemed Taylor St Baristas, and together we’ve produced a coffee to cherish.
Taming Rogue
Delivering consistently perfect espresso is a real balancing act as many elements, such as machine temperature and grind of coffee impact on the baristas craft.
The complexity of Rogue only adds to the level of skill required to get great flavour from our new arrival.
However, pour a perfectly balanced Rogue espresso shot and you’ll find an intense almond and fruited aroma with winey floral notes, overlayered with marzipan, plum, a cocoa finish and a creamy body.
Carefully crafted taste
We’ve created Rogue using two different coffees from Lambari Farm Brazil, a Pulped Natural and a Natural process which form the base of the blend.
Additional coffees from Gajah Mountain in Northern Sumatra, a special sundried Harrar from Eastern Ethiopia and Rwanda Gashonga, grown near the border with D.R. Congo add complexity and layers of flavours to the blend.
