This dry processed, natural coffee has uneven roast colour from bean-to-bean which contributes to the wild, rustic cup. Not a delicate coffee; it’s full bodied, sweet, winey, with aromatics of cinnamon. The cup has red apple, dried cherry, herbal and chocolate.
