This AAA from Faiz Musakutty is a washed preparation of Arabica Catuai which in India is called Plantation coffee.

“AAA” designation refers to our specially selected extra-large uniform bean preparation. We roast this bean to develop and maintain the soft acidity yet enjoy the full syrupy mouthfeel from the body. Overall the cup is mild, with gentle acidity but medium to full bodied; enjoy the aroma of pecan that follows through into the taste which has praline, toffee honey and ripe mango. Delicious brewed in filter/pourover and as a single origin espresso.
