Foundation incorporates our Direct Contact Trade Indonesia and Asia coffees with Latin American and East Africa. Each piece of this dark roasted blend engages perfectly to create a balanced, heavy bodied coffee.
Foundation is a 'no holds barred' Arabica blend echoing the dark, sweet roasts of Southern Italy and Sicily. We've crafted this Direct Contact Trade blend from Indonesia and India coffees to give a rush of dark chocolate and brown Muscovado raw cane sugar; selected Cobahue and Gashonga to balance delicate layers of honey and sherbet fizz to counterpoint this deep roast.
