Bright Note is a Direct Contact Trade espresso blend created mostly from Brazil & Guatemala washed and natural processed coffees. It is a delicate roast inspired by the Northern Italian style espresso and for short cappuccino. Almond, vanilla and golden syrup notes are all notable in the finish. Two different post-harvest processed coffees from the same farm, Lambari pulped-natural and natural process creates the overall structure of the blend providing delicate almond flavours and golden syrup mouth feel. Rwanda Gashonga gives the floral aromatics. The meticulous fermentation process creates the sweet lemon tingle to the tongue. Guatemala Cobahue adds complex sweet caramel and apricot layered flavour profile to the finish"
