One of the purest coffee experiences is sourced from a single estate or small producer co-operative. Only a defined farm in a specific geographic location denotes the estate "appellation". Our microlots are more intimately described as special lots harvested on a single day or from a segregated area of a farm. These small lots are highly labour intensive, command a greater reward to the producer and create the superlative experiance for you.
