The lot we have selected is an “especial” preparation that represents about 10% of the summit of the crop. It is harvested from the highest elevations of Balcones, La Lima and Cordillera that produce the most exquisite quality. Because of the high elevation, this coffee ripens late in the season and is one of the last to be harvested.
