A melange of four co-operatives from La Libertad and Todos Santos Huehuetenango. Coffee is fully washed and sun-dried on patios. A complex mouthfeel which is balanced and layered, with rounded sweet lemon fizzing acidity. Peach and touches of floral jasmine and vanilla.
