From the Lambari Farm, Poços de Caldas.
An incredibly sweet and rounded cup with tones of cocoa and almonds which yields a flavoursome wakeup call. The gentle qualities make it perfectly suited to drink all through the day. We also use this coffee in our Bright Note espresso blend as it contributes vibrant notes of natural vanilla and sugar cane.

From the Asprotimaná co-operative, Huila.
An aroma of deep molasses, liquorice layered with red berries introduces the cup that gives flavour notes of red apple and blackcurrant. It has a great mouthfeel, beautifully balanced, with a supersweet citrus acidity and finishing with a chardonnay-like aftertaste.

From Tarrazù, Santa Cruz de León Cortés at 1750m asl.
It’s a very nice cup that shows a caramel and butter in the dry fragrance. The wet aroma yields a fair amount of vanilla and sweet lemon notes. The cup is a good representation of a honey-process coffee from the silky body and mouthfeel. The syrup sweetness layers above toasted almond. Cocoa notes give length to the finish.

Los Crestones Mill
Flavour notes of green apple, lime, vanilla with a restrained acidity and finishing with a creamy body.

From de Brunca, San Jeronimo de Chirripo at 1500m asl.
Fresh acidity, very clear on the palette, layers of citric then rolling into black tea and dark cherry finish.

Province de Chiriqui, Northern Panam
Jasmine, super sweet red apple, apricot

Chelba Mill - 1900m ASL
We think this cup is outstanding, giving a heavily fruited dry fragrance, with apricot scents and vanilla sweetness. In our Union roast style, the cup has notes of fresh hay with licorice. Sweet lemon notes emerge as the temperature cools.

Flavour notes of honey, silky body and jasmine aftertaste.

Horu Betala, southern district of Yirgacheffe

A complex mouthfeel which is balanced and layered, with rounded sweet lemon fizzing acidity. Peach and touches of floral jasmine and vanilla.

From the Santa Ana la Huerta farm, Sierra de Minas.
Speciality Guatemala coffee is the most sublime and complex of all origin countries. Each year, the crop from this outstanding producer just gets better and better. Delicious red berry fruit tones combine with honey-citrus flavours to resonate wonderfully across the palate. A lingering finish containing notes of dark chocolate means it complements rich, sweet foods exceptionally well.

From the ISMAM co-operative.
Bright and sweet, this coffee's crisp and vibrant citrus tones sparkle on the tip of the tongue, while subtle milk chocolate notes combine for a smooth, satisying finish. This is a wonderful, delicate and flavourful cup that delights with its fleeting bright notes and zesty tones. Best enjoyed black or with just the smallest dash of milk. Excellent - and our favourite - well chilled and served as an iced coffee.

Gashonga, South Western Rwanda
A delicious, gentle and extremely well-rounded coffee from southern Rwanda laced with tangerine and red cherry top notes. Enjoy its syrupy sweet character.

Outstandingly sweet and zesty with sparkling citrus flavours that combine with deep chocolate notes for an intriguing finish. A wonderfully bright coffee that really captures the spirit of Africa and this nation in a cup.

From the Kud Sane co-operative.
Full bodied with rich flavour tones of caramelised butterscotch and a wisp of toasted almonds. A velvet softness and just a hint of spicy, fresh floral aroma lifts this coffee onto its rightful pedestal as the definitive coffee for the serious coffee lover. Rich deep and complex.

From the smallholder farmers of Haraaz
We call Yemen a "wild" or natural cup. Its one of the most distinct and prized coffees in the world....Earthy, complex, pungent ---to some it may be strange! Big character of blueberry jam, bitterchocolate and dried cranberry & cherries.
