One of the many exciting things about Brew Lab was their burgeoning Cold Brew project. Developed and refined over the course of several years by Brew Lab’s dedicated and highly skilled baristas, their cold brew was an exciting new way to showcase some amazing single origin coffee. Crucially, they had committed to making it as versatile as possible and had decided that simple black cold brew was only the first step. Brewing at double strength creates a base for a variety of other drinks – a splash of milk makes an amazing iced latte, and a dash of gin creates a wonderful cocktail. We were hooked.

The potential for an exciting new partnership seemed obvious so together, Union and Brew Lab hatched a plan to team up and begin work on something truly special. In Union Hand-Roasted, Brew Lab found a partner that mirrored their own commitment to ethically sourced and meticulously roasted coffee. In Brew Lab, we found a partner that shared our commitment to craft and our drive to constantly improve and innovate. The cold brew project was the icing on the cake, and Union Brew Lab was born.

Now part of the Union family, Brew Lab showcases the very best single origin coffees we have to offer, brewed by some of the most talented baristas working in the industry today. Their extensive range of retail bags and equipment provides everything you need to brew incredible coffee at home, and if you ever feel like getting some expert advice, they offer a range of home-user focused training classes in their dedicated Training Lab. Artisanal, locally sourced produce is at the forefront of their food offering, so there’s always something to keep you fuelled throughout your day
