How to make it
- 1. Fill your glass with ice cubes
- 2. Brew your coffee concentrate, if using:
- • V60 - use 30g coffee to 250g water
- • Cafetière (8 cup) - use 110g coffee to 850g water
- • Chemex - use 50g coffee to 400g water
- 3. Pour coffee concentrate over ice, this will dilute it to the correct strength
- 4.Serve and share your #unionoverice

- Ice cubes
- Double strength brewed coffee
