This coffee cocktail is named after its creators and unionistas, Annie and Ashley. After experimenting with the best flavours, our Events & Social Media Manager and Coffee Support Account Manager came up with a fresh and moreish coffee cocktail that we challenge you to sip rather than gulp down in two mouthfuls (please drink responsibly).

How to make it

1. Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice cubes
2.Pour in the following ingredients
- 25ml coffee concentrate (35g coffee to 250ml water)
- 25ml gin
- 25ml cointreau
- 100ml elderflower presse
3. Squeeze your quarter of lime and leave in the drink
4. Peel orange and twist, leaving it in the drink. This releases beautiful citrus flavours to the cocktail
5. Stir gently, twice

What you'll need

A glass
Ice cubes
25ml coffee concentrate (35g coffee to 250ml water)
25ml gin
25ml cointreau
100ml elderflower presse
1 quarter lime
1 slice of orange peel

What coffee to use

All of our Single Origin Coffees work well in this cocktail, but we think Maraba Rwanda works the best.
