Berrys' Finest Panama ‘11 years Aged’ Rum

Manuka Honey

Directions:

Place an espresso cup on your scales and tare off to zero, then add 5 grams of honey.   
Once the honey is in the espresso cup, place on the espresso machine and let the espresso pour onto the honey.   
Stir the espresso into the honey to blend the two together.   
Now place the espresso and honey back on the scales and tare off to zero then add 5 grams of rum and stir again.   

Now you’re ready to enjoy Christmas in a Cup.
