We will be firing up our vintage San Francisco roaster at the London Coffee Festival from 03-06 April, recreating the energy and captivating aroma of our East London roastery.

Each day of the show will focus on specific regions of origin, and we will share the secrets behind the tastes of these coffees in our craft roasting, brew bar and Pro-Am Flavour Challenge.

ORIGIN FILTER AND ESPRESSO BAR

Brew Bar

We travel extensively to source high quality coffees from exotic locations all around the world. Origin can have a distinct impact on flavour and taste of coffee, due mostly in part to the production process used in particular regions. Other factors such as soil content, elevation and varietal all influence the cup.

We will have a selection of supreme micro-lots, which are coffees that are incredibly characterful with amazing flavours and represent small parcels from individual farms that may only be one or two sacks.

Check the timetable below to see what areas Union will be featuring each day.
