Cold Brew

This recipe makes a delcicious cooling drink for the hot summer months. Try with a few mint leaves, a cinnamon stick, or some orange peel for different flavours. Or make ice cubes out of your cold brew and pour Baileys over them for a great after dinner drink.

This keeps well in the fridge for a few weeks when bottled. Check out or recommended coffees to use in this recipe at the bottom of the page.

Or if this all sounds like a bit too much like hard work (we don't blame you), then buy our ready made Union Brew Lab Cold Brew Coffee here.
